Client agreement

Print Releases

You may ask, what is a print release? A print release is usually a release to print or post your images, with professional guidelines set out by the photographer and the client. It allows the client to use the images for personal use at home while maintaining the rights of the photographer. Even though a client has paid for a photo session and received copies of their images does not mean they personally own their own images. 

• The photographer delivers un-watermarked & watermarked images to clients within two weeks of the client’s session in an online gallery/ photo-circle gallery.
• I, the photographer, choose your best images! I will edit them and then send them over to you. If you would like to request to choose your own favorite images OR purchase more images within your package, please let me know before or at the time of your session.
• Senior Portrait Packages, your galleries will be sent with the images the senior picks.
• Shelby L. Photography retains full copyright to all images taken during ANY photography session. If you post on your social.. please tag my photography page on facebook or instagram. My facebook name: @Shelby L. Photography My insta name: @Shelbyl.phtography
• Any client may post Shelby L. Photography's images and use images for personal printing.
• All images received by the clients are fully edited, digital images. 
• My photography business may use client’s images for sharing and advertising. 
• This print release is within this client agreement; therefore, this is initiating you agree to ALL terms when you book with me.
• Re-use of your images should be those you received through the photographer only. You may not screenshot, add other filters, or change the professional art of the photographer. 
• Deposit fees must be paid to book your session, in order secure your date/ dates.
• Any deposit or payment made in full will be paid in venmo, cahsapp, paypal (send as a friend), check, and cash only.. There are no refunds for any payments made to Shelby L. Photography.
• Cancellations are acceptable, but if any deposit fee, or other form of payments have been made...it will not be refunded.
• Prices will change as experience increases! Right now my soul purpose is to grow my experience, my clientele, and my professional photography skills! :)
