Taking your dreamy, beautiful shots... uses plenty of angles and lighting! It's crazy how light can be affected by many different factors! I'm steadily taking workshops.. and constantly learning about light exposure in different settings and climates! This allows me to take the stress off of y'alls shoulders!! <3 Not to mention, I'll be your biggest supporter... everyone deserves to feel CONFIDENT in their own skin!! I love to show of body positivity with poses that will compliment my client's body type. My number 1 priorities are to keep you comfortable, happy, and satisfied throughout our photography session process. <3
Editing is my Jam Y'all!!
We're not talking the fake old school photoshop apps, LOL! Shelby L. photography is all about capturing moments and editing them with the most professional editing softwares. Any debris, stubborn acne, stray hairs, wrinkles in clothes... you name it, I can pretty much fix it! :) I'm all about showing off my clients unique qualities; therefore, freckles, birthmarks, etc.. will always be a priority to showcase within my images! We are showing off YOU; therefore, any alterations can be changed to make your images worthwhile! <3

I truly have a true passion for this professional photography field. I'm like a child on Christmas morning while editing my sessions as soon as I get home. I sometimes even lose sleep from the excitement of sharing my work. All I can do is smile like an idiot at my camera, while previewing my galleries. I take a lot of pride in my photos; therefore, they're my prized possessions. I love capturing people's genuine & precious moments! I want to make ALL of my clients a 100% proud and joyful that they booked through me!

Sometimes we have to take advantage of precious/ random moments in our lives. PICTURES ARE SO IMPORTANT! Am I a little old-school?... Maybe. But in certain circumstances, pictures may be all you have left. We must seize the moments to bring up memories from our past.. this allows us to share from generation to generation. Some may feel as though professional portraits aren't really worth the money; however, these sessions are a chance to hold onto what we had and have had. These images allow us to really grasp onto our memories and moments with these loved ones... These images LAST FOREVER!!
